Main responsibilities
- Visual inspection activities, cleaning and report to management team;
- Carry out meter readings and sensor cleaning essential for the operation of the PV systems
- Routine maintenance activities on module mounting systems, fence and gates, inverter and transformer stations (excluding equipment)
- Routine maintenance activities on monitoring and communication equipment (data logger, routers, sensors, etc.)
- Routine maintenance activities on security system devices (cameras, barriers, etc.)
- Execute corrective measures as a first response to help identify issues on the PV systems
- Engage and manage subcontractors
- Stock management
- Called to perform reactive and corrective maintenance activities, from time to time to manage subcontractors and control quality of activities performed
- Execute preventative and correctives activities of electrical systems, under supervision
- Support with the installation of PV modules, wiring and inverters
Skills and qualifications
- Electrical experience, 2yrs preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- A willingness to learn and take direction from experience engineers
- Basic understanding of electrical systems
- Positive attitude to work and passion for the industry
- Experience in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems for industrial sites;
- Experience in the photovoltaic business would be a plus but not essential
- Good knowledge of MS office tools;
- Valid driving license
- Strong problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- CSCS card holder
- NVQ level 1 or 2 preferred but not essential
