Continuous monitoring of performance and in-depth knowledge of each plant are the philosophical principles which inspire our Control Room towards a proactive and preventive approach of the O&M service. Specialized technicians monitor the PV systems on an ongoing basis 365 days a year in order to anticipate failures and manage technical interventions in the field, tracking each activity from taking in charge to its resolution.

Each technician is responsible of its own dedicated portfolio of plants, and is tasked with its monitoring based on stringent procedures that include multi-day active inspection of all the main components (inverters, string boxes, meters) and on a passive system based on the reception of automatic alarms. This allows each plant to be managed through a Key Account logic as single point of contact that handles the customer's needs throughout the service chain.

All interventions are managed by technicians in the field through a dedicated App system aimed at carrying out all interventions in compliance with the agreed protocols and monitoring all work in real-time.

All of the activities performed are tracked through the ticketing system and summarized in a Performance Report created and annotated by the relevant skilled Key Account who has profound knowledge of the specific plant, and is thus able to provide in-depth feedback and expertise to the customer.

Each intervention of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance is managed through a ticketing system that makes it possible to establish a continuous dialogue between the portfolio account and the customer. The system generates a ticket for each failure that allows real-time tracking of the event until it is completely remedied through an exchange with the counter-parties in order to share the repair strategies. The system also makes it possible to track via server every event and the related documentation generated during the life of the plant.

By means of our dedicated App, the Control Room guides the field intervention of our technicians through a stringent protocol. This instrument makes it possible to manage all ordinary, corrective and extraordinary maintenance according to a To-Do list established with the customer. The App also allows for the generation of a dedicated summary report of the work performed, inclusive of photographic report and input for additional actions, at the end of the intervention. This report is uploaded in real-time and stored on the ticketing system so that the Customer also has a real-time situation of the plant.

Each account drafts a monthly Performance Report that integrates the main operating parameters and the general overview of events that affected the plant. The report makes it possible to systematically map the repair status if every ticket managed, of each intervention of surveillance, of the insurance claims in progress and of any corrective actions performed. It also states the qualification of the technician dispatched and the cumulative hours worked for each type of technician. Lastly, the Performance Report provides a monthly situation on the stock of every spare part for each plant and outlines a path to re-achieve minimum targets.
